I stayed last night at this charming Guest House and Toni and his little dog gave me a warm welcom, Sally to, room was nice and cosy and had a very tasty Scrambled egg and Bacon for Breakfast ,a nice start to the day, i will be returning by bike next time

Tony at Aqua Bay was a great host during our summer 2019 stay and his beautiful guest house and facilities are impeccable which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The cherry on the cake was Tony’s kind offer for us to watch his private tv where Man Utd convincingly beat his team Chelsea, ha!ha! Lovely people, lovely place thanks Tony.

Very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and tidy, en suite shower room, sofa, tea making facilities everything we needed including a beautiful sea view. Excellent breakfasts too, particularly the sausages. Yum! Also really good at recommending places to eat and visit. They recommended three places for us to eat at in the town and all three were excellent! Helped to make our weeks stay on the North Kent Coast wonderful. Thank you. Will visit again next time we are down that way

Fab stay and perfect location

Stayed for one night last minute with my husband and little one. Had a Seaview room which was ideal for what we needed. Sally & Toni were so lovely and welcoming. Located perfectly for trips to Broadstairs, Margate, Whitstable & Canterbury. Will be back to spend some more time in these places and will more than likely stay here again. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fab and appreciated for a brilliant price.

Nice and easy to book, spoke to the owner over the phone. Lovely appointed room overlooking the seafront, and a good breakfast. Parking was straight forward and you are ideally situated for the town. Will definitely be back, thanks Tony

We stayed at this lovely guest house for two nights 9th & 10th June, Wow it was absolutely amazing the rooms spotless very well decorated. Breakfast was with all local produce and very very tasty. Toni and Sally what a lovely couple made us feel so at home. We will definitely be booking to stay here again thank you both for a wonderful stay

We booked two rooms at the Aqua Bay GH. They were extremely helpful when booking the rooms and very helpful with an arrival time. When arriving there was no problem booking in at 10:30 and the people were extremely friendly. The rooms were better than adequate and extremely clean (immaculately white bedding). TV and tea making in both rooms. Happy for you to come and go at anytime with front door key. Breakfast great with more if wanted. Best b&b stayed in, in the UK. Top recommendation
